About TARK.BET

TARK.BET is an operator database, not a “Top 10 casino” advertorial

TARK.BET was built around a simple question: what should a player know about an operator before money moves? The answer is not only bonus size or game count. The company, domain, payments, withdrawal, verification and source date matter.

Why Estonia-first

A gambling operator's legal status, domain and payment availability can differ by market. Estonia is the main market, and the English version describes the same Estonia-specific facts rather than reusing global copy.

We do not create a country claim merely because a site opens or a sign-up form lists that country.

The operator is the central entity

Casino, sportsbook, payment, bonus and problem pages connect back to the operator. That prevents the same legal fact from being maintained manually in ten unrelated articles.

Structured data reduces the chance that one page carries an old legal entity while another carries the new one.

Why source labels matter

A regulator answers a different question from an operator payment page or our own transaction test. We therefore do not compress every source into a single “verified” badge.

Readers should be able to see whether a fact comes from EMTA, operator terms, a bank/payment provider or a TARK.BET transaction.

What we do not do

We do not claim a TARK.BET tests that did not happen. We do not turn a complaint into a proven systemic problem. We do not call an operator “no KYC” when checks can appear at withdrawal or another risk trigger.

And we do not let affiliate commission change legal status or test results.

What “verified” means here

TARK.BET does not use one universal verified badge for everything. Legal entity and Estonia domain are checked against the regulator; payment or KYC details need operator documentation, a payment-provider source or a TARK.BET test. If that support is missing, the field remains unknown.

A date belongs to the fact. Operator terms, payment page options or an approved domain can change, so the check date is part of the meaning of the claim rather than decoration.

How corrections and changes are handled

When a official sources changes, the connected profile or guide is updated and material changes go into the verification log. If an old fact was wrong, the goal is not to hide it silently but to restore the correct current status and leave a clear reason for the change.

When two sources conflict, we do not automatically choose the commercially convenient affiliate claim. Regulator status, operator terms and an actual transaction answer different questions, and the conflict stays unresolved until a official sources can settle it.

Affiliate relationships do not strengthen a source

A partner link or commission does not make a source stronger. An operator can be a commercial partner while still having weak payment documentation; a non-partner can be documented more deeply. Commercial relationships and editorial checks are kept separate.

If rankings or recommendations are introduced later, their methodology must be published separately. The current operator matrix is not a ranking, and alphabetical ordering is deliberate.

What a user should be able to see quickly from one profile

A useful operator profile should answer at least four questions: who legally operates the service, which domain is checked for Estonia, how money moves and which checks can affect withdrawal.

If reliable documentation is missing for one of those questions, we show a data gap instead of filling it with an assumption.
