How TARK.BET decides what is a fact and what is only a claim
TARK.BET does not publish a material claim merely because an operator or another affiliate site says it. A changeable fact should be attributable, scoped and dated.
How we rank sources
For legal status we prefer a regulator or government source. For payment and KYC rules we use operator terms, help-centre material or payment-page documentation. Banks, card networks and payment providers can confirm technical payment details. A TARK.BET test confirms only the transaction we actually performed. Support replies and user complaints are useful context, not automatically a general fact.
A lower number is not automatically the best source for every question. A regulator can establish a licence but not necessarily the minimum withdrawal for a specific card.
Operator claim ≠ observed result
If an operator says “up to 5 business days”, we label that as an official rule. If our money arrived in 19 seconds, that is a test result. The two should not be merged.
For the same reason, a complaint is not converted into fact. It can reveal a question worth investigating.
Date and scope are part of the fact
A payment method can vary by country, currency, account status and time. Changeable claims should therefore carry market and date context where possible.
“Last updated” changes when content or facts change, not on every deploy.
Affiliate relationships do not set editorial status
An affiliate link can exist without changing legal status, documented topics, test results or factual conclusions.
TARK.BET does not create a “best” ranking simply from commercial payout.
What we do when the data is incomplete
If a source confirms deposits only, we do not turn that into a withdrawal claim. If an operator document is missing, the connection stays unconfirmed even when the same method looks plausible in another market.
A visible unknown is better than invented precision. The user should be able to see what is confirmed and what is still missing.
How corrections are handled
When a fact is wrong or stale, we correct not only the sentence but also any connected operator profile, payment mapping or other data location using the same claim.
Material corrections keep a check date and, where useful, a reason for the change. An old claim should not receive a fresh date without being rechecked.
Frequently asked questions
Does an affiliate relationship affect operator status?
It should not. Affiliate and editorial data are kept logically separate.
Can Trustpilot or a forum post confirm a fact?
It can be a useful lead, but it does not carry the same weight as a regulator, operator document or our own transaction.
When does TARK.BET call something real tested?
Only after a real transaction or test has actually been completed and its method, date and result recorded.
