TARK.BET established the baseline for tracking changes in EMTA's online games-of-chance register.
Here, “new casino” does not mean a fresh advertisement or a newly published affiliate page. TARK.BET records a market change when EMTA adds a legal entity or domain to its official online games-of-chance register, removes an existing entry, or assigns a domain to a different operator.
The source is EMTA's official list, not an operator press release. TARK.BET established a baseline on 4 November 2026 and compares later versions of the same register against it.
When a new legal entity or domain appears, the change is added to the history below. This does not necessarily mean the brand itself is new worldwide; it means a new record appeared in Estonia's official register.
An operator can add another domain for an existing brand, launch a new brand in Estonia or replace a previous address. The history therefore keeps legal entities and domains separate.
If a new domain belongs to an operator already present in Estonia, TARK.BET does not automatically call the entire casino new. The exact register change is more useful than a marketing label.
When a domain disappears from EMTA's online games-of-chance register, TARK.BET records the removal. It is a strong reason to recheck the operator's current status, but the reason is not guessed without a separate source.
A removal may reflect a domain change, a closure or a permit change. The change log reports what the register shows, not an unsupported explanation.
The same website can later appear under a different legal company. That matters because the contractual counterparty, terms or payment information may change.
A reassignment is shown with the previous and new operator. Any existing TARK.BET brand profile using that domain then needs to be checked again.
A generic list ages quickly and “new” can mean anything from a redesign to an affiliate campaign. This page uses a date, an official source and the exact register change.
A deeper brand profile is a separate step. Entry in the register can confirm a market-status change, while payments, KYC and withdrawals still require their own documents or transaction checks.
The baseline is 2026-11-04. A new entry appears only when the official online games-of-chance register changes a legal entity or domain.

When a new legal entity or domain appears in EMTA's official online games-of-chance register. The brand may be older elsewhere.
No. It can be a new brand from an existing operator, an additional domain or a replacement domain.
Not by itself. TARK.BET reports the register change and does not guess the reason without a separate official source.
